Carolina Trace also offers a country club with clubhouse, swimming pool, and tennis courts. Carolina Trace is divided into 19 separate neighborhoods, each with a separate homeowners’ association.

Rita, thanks for sharing your fall color, that is something I miss.  Our leaves are turning right now but there is never much color they just turn brown and fall.

Our color this year was not as good as most years due to the drought.  That being said, I always love the fall and enjoyed the color we did get to see.

Carolina Trace is a pretty community.  The layout of the lake and the golf courses really compliments the natural beauty of the area.

Our leaves all fell off the trees over Thanksgiving weekend - I was a bit slow in posting this.

The show turned out better than I expected - RES is a really great tool.

Lynda,

Carolina Trace was developed in the early 1970s.  It is such a large development that lots are still available.  Lake and golf course lots are becoming very limited in supply, though.  It is not an age restricted community but quite a few retired folks do call it home!
