The housing market in Birmingham is  great its  coasting along at 50 mph.....s o i Thinks its doing pretty well. The hardest part is find credit worthy clients but other than that its great.  HOmes are on the market a little longer 6 months........compared to a few years a go it was about 3 1/2 months.... but if a seller really wants a sell they will agree to price their homes at good low sells price and just watch it  prosper
