New stores coming to the Easley Town Center!

Are all the stores listed actually confirmed or are they tentative? Also what great news regarding a Sams Club, when do they plan to break ground?

are they going to bring in any new art supply stores to the town center, I am a artist in easley, and within walking distance, though I think I will drive lol

I always have to go down the road or toward greenville for art supplies, just curious if easly will get more art supply stores
