Here's a way to warm up as we wait for the Spring Thaw in Mont Vernon.
Do you have a great chili recipe? Join the Mont Vernon Congregational Church’s Chili Cook off from 5-7 p.m. Saturday, March 10.
There will be a $40 prize for first place and $20 for the runner-up.
Meet with neighbors and friends and enjoy a bowl of the house chili, cornbread, beverage and dessert.
Then be sure to vote!
Tickets are $8 for adults, $4 for ages 5-12 and free for children younger than 5.
