Have you ever listed a house where you had so many interested parties but....NOBODY will pull the trigger and make an offer?! This particular home has been on the market for 200 days, and there has been MULTIPLE second showings, many people "saying" there will be an offer, but NOBODY pulling through!? The house has dropped nearly $20,000 from the list price, and is by far the lowest in the neighborhood, or anywhere around.

How do you push those people that are taking a look the second time around to come in with an offer?! This is a fabulous house in Fargo, ND! Who wouldn't want to live in it!?

Hardwood floors? Check. Raised custom maple kitchen, solid oak doors, & all 3 bathrooms with double sinks? Check. Fantastic landscaping, a 2-tiered deck, 3 garage stalls, & a maintenance free fence? Check. Throw all those wonderful features into a home with almost 2600 sq ft and include all appliances AND a tv/speakers, and you have yourself one heck of a house! Come and see!

Erik, looks like a wonderful home. I expect that in Fargo price is everything. Location? BR? Other neighborhood comps? Something is holding this place back.
