New members and old members.... Don't Forget to set up Hit Router on your ActiveRain account
If you are a real estate agent don't forget to set up Hit Router, especially the FREE part.... stagers etc. not something that affects you.
Hit Router says:
"Route consumers to your sites for free when they search for home listings in your markets while viewing your profile, blog, or individual blog posts."
Even if you are NOT a RainMaker I would do it so any traffic on my killer profile (you have a killer profile don't you?)
Where do you set up Hit Router?
You can pay for traffic (clicks) on the top part of Hit Router. People who have the little badge under their avatar photo with three red crosses are paying for hits on content other than their profile, blog or individual blog posts.
A Hit Router Campaign is perhaps something to do in the future... but for now I want to remind you about the FREE part!
Down below the Current Campaigns on the top of the Hit Router page is the FREE way to route consumers to your home search. Why not take any FREE traffic to the home search (IDX) on your website?
FREE traffic to your website from your ActiveRain profile, blog or individual blog posts.
You have to be signed out to see your profile, blog and individual blog posts to see how consumers see them, but the general public has an oppportunity to search for homes when they visit ActiveRain. If they do from your profile, blog (public if you are a RainMaker) or individual blog posts (again public if you are a RainMaker) it can bring your website traffic. It can be FREE leads for you.
Even if all you have is a profile page... if it's a killer profile ... or if you are the only one in your area using ActiveRain you could put in just a little bit of work setting up the links to your site and it could pay off.
Need a tutorial? It's pretty easy.

To me Hit Router is less about your listings, than about your market's listings...
ActiveRain members just don't Forget to set up Hit Router for FREE
