Real Estate Values Are Dropping On Lake Lanier

I was a bit surprised this week when I checked the stats of Cumming Ga real estate.  The Forsyth county Georgia real estate market is still holding strong but the Lake Lanier real estate market is changing. Fron Jan of ths year to Aug, sellers were getting around 94% of asking price.  After the big drop in the lake level it declined to around 83% of asking price. I assume that lake dwellers will just want to sit this one out. After all this is not the first time we have seen the lake levels go down but it is the worst!!!
