The Costa Rica Real Estate Expert
The Costa Rica real estate market is very stable.  Most buyers in the past have brought in 30% or more for a downpayment and they have been able to rent out the properties when/if they are not in the property (which is the majority of foreign buyers).  Tourism continues to increase (more flights, lower costs compared to other vacation destinations) and real estate prices are still inexpensive compared to comparable properties in the US.
