Sunday March 11 2012 - It's Time For A Change

Real Estate Agent with Coldwell Banker, 170 N Main Street, New City NY 10956

It's Time for a change - Spring Forward This Sunday, March 11, 2012

It certainly looks like we've bypassed winter this year.  It sort of makes up for the rough and endless one of last year (2011).  No snow and mild temperatures have brought an early start to the spring market.  Let's hope it continues to stay that way and that it just gets better as we change the clock and head into the longer daylight hours.  More time to sell more homes!

So, this is just a timely reminder........

It's TIME to spring forward!

While I like that it will be light out later, I do not like losing that hour of sleep!

Frank& Karen love that we missed out on all the snow this season and glad for the early spring market. Love the extra daylight even if it is at the expense of an hour of sleep. Christine - I tend to agree with you on that.

REALTOR - Buy or Sell in Any Season!

Hydraenga's say "Summer in New York" to me.  My in-laws lived on Shelter Island for many years and they are prolific there.  There is a hotel in "The Heights" called The Chequit, and if you dine on the patio, you are surrounded by these heavenly blue flowers - most lovely.

I had to pop in and say hi. Hopefully, we'll all adjusted to the Spring Forward change by now. ( It's May 3rd!). The hydrangea is lovely, it looks like a lace cap - my favorite.
