Dear Hewlett Packard - HP.com excuse me but you lack transparency

I really hoped I was wrong.  I hoped I was just missing something!  Then it was finally confirmed after 2 phone calls and 1 online chat to tech support and over 2 hours of wasted time total.

The HP printer line starting with the 8600 Office All In one is NOT the printer for those who have forms/software in legal size that they want to "scale to print" on letter size paper for file purposes.

According to HP tech support, the new printers no longer have this feature - "scale to print" as a printer preference.

Does anyone have a new printer with this feature they can recommend - I will be taking my HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus back tomorrow!

EVEN worse tech support in Canada does not have a model available to them for reference and it took me over 2 hours to find this out tonight!

POOR customer service, polite - but POOR!

And they are running a GREEN contest right now - even more ironic. Spread the word, if you are an HP user (as I was for over 15 year) who wants to "scale to print" - the new line of HP All In One Printers are not for you!

HP Officejet PRO 8600 Plus is not a green friendly machine - regardless of what Lorax seems to think. OF course they removed my comment from their Facebook page!

I was a LOYAL customer for over 15 year to HP.  But when I really got mad was when they removed my comment on Facebook questioning HP's committment to being "green" due to the removal of this feature.  They can delete my comment from their FaceBook page all they want - they cannot delete it from my wall on Facebook, here, twitter, or Google Plus!

Dear Hewlett Packard - HP.com excuse me but you lack transparency, and you lost a customer for life today!
