Austin Texas Relocation - where to live, what to do!

As a newcomer to any city, the easier the move becomes when you know where the malls are located, great restaurants, school districts, parks and more.

So how do you achieve the "I've made the right relocation decision"?

 Community Impact

In Austin Texas, relocation is made easier by reading THE COMMUNITY IMPACT.  This newspaper covers different areas of town.  You can get it sent electronically or pick it up around town in paper print.

THE COMMUNITY IMPACT covers an array of subjects - all relevant to newcomers deciding where to live or folks who reside here already.

As their motto says - Local. Useful. Everyone Gets It.  So chase those "Relocation Blues" away - THE COMMUNITY IMPACT  is a must read!

When you have decided where you wish to live, call Gwynn Teal Carpenter, Broker of Home and Hearth Realty @ (512)467-6191 or email me at gwynn@homeandhearthrealty.com to begin your home search.

Hi Gwynn, Moving to a new area can be overwhelming, yet fun!  And seeing what is happening around the area is a great way to get a feel/flavor of the area.  Great that you are helping people out.

All the best.

Gloria

Hi Gwynn, Austin seems to be a "sister city" to Lawrence, Kansas. A lot of similarities, but Lawrence obviously is not as big.

Doug and Gloria:  One of my past clients said the way she learned about Austin was to get in her car and get lost!  With gas prices now days, she would be wise to read the Community Impact News!!

Dorie:  This is one of the best months to be in Austin...so much to do and alot of it free!!

Lawrence:  Hey I didn't know that about the "sister city" tag....knew we had that tag with some out of the country places but not Lawrence Kansas.  Keep the smallness....I feel the bigness of Austin sometimes.
