Minnesota Housing increases down payment and closing cost assistance to $10,000!
Minnesota Housing has increased the loan limit under our HOME Homeowner Entry Loan Program (HOME HELP) Entry Cost Assistance Loans to $10,000 for eligible buyers. In a market where affordable properties are plentiful, but the cash to close may not be, this is great news for first-time homebuyers looking to purchase the home of their dreams.
