Online Scheduling Software? I need some advice

We have 2 offices and they are about 20 minutes apart and we need some help. We are having a difficult time scheduling appointments since both offices are taking appointments, when he other office schedules an appointment there is no way the other office knows. We would like to have some kind of online scheduling system that we can enter appointments in as they are made, that way both of the offices are 100% up to date. What would everyone recommend, are you using anything similar? I have been searching the web to try and come across the perfect system but so far I have had no luck. It needs to be something fairly easy where agents could add showing fast.

Chris, my wife uses AppointmentQuest for her business, which is dance instruction. She's got 8 teachers and 12 locations and with one full-time scheduling assistant, they're able to handle the load, which includes over 2500 appointments/year.
