This is a very simple post. Rather than speculate on what the Flagstaff market may do this year, I am publishing the data on what the market did in 2011. As we approach the end of the first quarter of 2012, this data gives us a solid benchmark against which we can compare current stats.

According to data published by the Northern Arizona Multiple Listing Service (all disclaimers apply), average prices, median prices and the average price/sf of Flagstaff single family homes rose in 2011. That's it!

According to date published by the Northern Arizona Multiple Listing Service (all disclaimers apply), except for the Fourth Quarter of 2011, average prices, median prices and the average price/sf of condominiums and townhomes showed a slight decline.
