Well, it isn't snowing through the pines just yet but it is Christmas in Dixie and especially with these mortgage rates! Margaret: I mostly wanted to let buyers know that money is still available and at great interest rates for creditworthy borrowers. I've been hearing too much lately about how bad it is to get a mortgage now and I have to say, quite frankly, we are not having that problem in my area. Thank you for visiting. Merry Christmas.

Tom: I have had a couple of buyers disagree with me recently and I was quite surprised. Although, I do respect anyone's opinion whether in agreement or opposition to mine, I also expect proof as a back up. The market statistics in my area speak for themselves, not to mention the historically low interest rates. I had one person tell me he didn't believe me but I could back up what I was saying with real market data and lenders for him to talk to. When I asked him what proof he had to the contrary, he had nothing to share. I guess what some folks hear in the news means more than actual sales data straight out of the MLS. Thank you for your comment.
