Three senators from Alaska, Massachusetts and Ohio have proposed to expedite the Short Sale process and the bill is known as the Prompt Notification of Short Sale Act.

They have definately improved out here, but it always boils down to what bank your dealing wiith, and how many. Hope those bills pass. Short sale should represent the timeframe as well as the loan to value situation!
