Pay it forward (or backward?)

By

I saw on Good Morning America, a heart-warming story about a Starbucks location. There was a situation where someone in the drive thru paid for their coffee and also paid for the person behind them. That next person pulled up to the window and the Starbucks clerk told them that the previous car had paid for THEIR coffee. They in turn paid for the next car. What's amazing is that this sequence went on for TWO HOURS!

It just goes to show you that we as a nation are generally good people and take care of each other. I hope that you find a way this season to Pay It Forward to someone else!

What a cool story!  It makes me wonder what the person who broke that chain of "pay it forward" was thinking?

That is a great story.  I wonder if after two hours... someone broke the chain or did the store close.  When I go through toll boothes, I always pay for the car behind me.  Unfortunately, I recently got a transponder for my car so I no longer pay with cash.  I guess I'll go with the Starbucks route from now on.  Thanks for sharing this!
