There is no “cookie cutter” look anywhere on any street in Lake Forest.
As you may expect, the amenities in a residential neighborhood of this size are substantial. Lake Forest has a yacht club and marina, three swimming pools, a golf course, tennis courts and horse stables. You are already thinking that the monthly home owner’s dues for these are going to eat you alive, right? Actually the dues are very reasonable for a bundle of great amenities but what if you could get all that for FREE? I have a wonderful home with a large yard for sale in Lake Forest that has been “grandfathered in” to the subdivision and will NEVER have monthly dues!
A value like this over time is huge! Not only is it a monetary monthly savings but also great for resale purposes. There are only a handful of these houses in Lake Forest which adds even more to the value.
Amenities are nice to have and even better when they are FREE!
