Hi Betty, yes it is interesting to compare locals.

We are already seeing specific neighborhood increasing in prices but in general experts have forecasted a down year in New Jersey from an average price perspective, mostly due to foreclosures and high inventory. But as always real estate is hyper local and for zip codes/neighborhood that are sought for we are starting to see a price increase versus last year.
