I THINK THE MARKET WILL START TO FIRM UP IN 2008 , 2007 WAS A SLIDING DOWN MARKET MOST INVESTORS WHO BOUGHT HOMES IN THE 2005 HEYDAY AND BASICALLY DUMPED THEM ALL IN THE SAME MONTH , AND BUILDERS WHO CUT PRICES SO LOW HOME OWNERS COULDNT COMPETE WE ALL HAVE SEEN THE $74.00 A SQUARE FOOT BUILDER OR $212,000 FOR A 3000 FOOT HOME ITS SO HARD TO EVEN COME CLOSE ,,BUT MOST INVESTORS HAVE SEEM TO TAKE THE SHORT SALE APPROACH WHICH I CALL THE DUMP AND RUN METHOD.
LOTS ARE GOING FOR ABOUT 65% LESS THEN 2 YEARS AGO .I HAVE BOUGHT LOTS THIS WEEK FOR A INVESTOR FOR $10,000-$17,000 MOST OF THESES LOTS WERE ABOUT $36,000-$56,000 RANGE ,I DON'T SEE LOTS HEADING UP FOR 2 YEARS OR SO WE NEED TO REBUILD OUR BUILDING INDUSTRY,I HOPE XMAS THIS YEAR FOR ANYBODY IN THE BUILDING AND REAL ESTATE TRADE WILL BE A SEASON OF REFLECTION AND HOPE IT WILL GET BETTER .....
