Meet Richard Yates...
If you haven't you are in for a treat. Richard's been with us here in the rain for about 15 months but in that short period of time he has become a tremendous asset to all of us. He’s made us laugh, think, practice, and well in short - just grow to love him!
Did anyone have any idea what this gent would become to AR when we read his 1st post here in the Rain -The Art of Selling & The fear of being sold. Probably not - but he's been sending his 'Best Wishes' to everyone ever since.
He's had discussions with 'THE LENN', He's taught us stuff we didn't realize we needed to know in the VBloggers Group with his Video Tips for the Real Estate Agent. He's even done his fair share of giving shout outs to other members here in the rain with Gold Star Members
He teaches - his 5 part series on'How to write a post' is a great read for newbies and veterans alike, and he hit his own milestones - I can almost reach it - just a litttle more effort and I can reach my goal. That was back when he crossed the 100,000 point threshold!
He sure spiced up our Video Talent contest last year with this post on the 1st Annual AR Talent Contest! I Never looked so good! And he's the brains behind naming my video tutorials 'TIPtorials'!!
Well Richard today I for one celebrate YOU and ALL that you have brought to us here in the Rain. Without you well, things just wouldn't be the same around here!
