4 out of 5 of the top Servicers currently use the Equator platform to assign listings and BPOs. The Servicers assign listings and BPOs to agents directly through the Equator system. Our coverage area service is a form of advertising to get your name in front of the Servicers using our software as an available listing agent.
In addition to receiving the opportunity to be assigned listings from Servicers, you can also receive BPO notifications in the coverage areas that you have added to your account. The BPO posting board is an additional service where we are offering properties that only require BPO work and do not need a listing agent at this time.
VIEWING THE BPO POSTING BOARD
If you receive an email alert that a BPO order has become available in one of your coverage areas:
1) Login to your account at www.equator.com.
2) Click on "Available BPOs" link under the BPO Posting Board header.
3) If you see an available BPO click on the “Accept” link
4) When the BPO is successfully accepted you will be able to view it in your Assigned Tasks
Things to remember:
The BPO Posting Board orders are available on a first come, first served basis. This means that whichever agent accepts the BPO order first will have it added to their workflow.
You will receive an email alert when an order becomes available in any of the zip codes you are signed up in. The BPO will not be visible if accepted by another agent.
If you do not want to receive these BPO alerts, please login to your account, and click on the "Edit Account Information" under the "Manage Information" header. Select "No" on the "Receive BPO Alerts?" option.
