So good to be busy again!!!

Hoorah!  We're back on track working like we used to.  Our buyers are back and looking to buy!  Lots of bargains out there and they are smart enough to go get them!  Shy buyers will wait...for what?  If they wait for the rest of them, they'll loose their edge and many good opportunities. As soon as sellers see that buyers are putting down the funds, they (the buyers) will no longer be able to make ridiculous offers they're getting away with!  Good for them, good for the sellers that recognize an opportunity to move on and get out from under...Who said this was a bad market isn't from here!
