First Nations Initiative 501C3 (FNI) has announced Cecil Walker as CEO of Turtle Clan Global (TCG)
Mr. Cecil Walker has been appointed as CEO of Turtle Clan Global by First Nations Initiative 501c3. Both companies, located on Kahnawake (pronounced [GahnaˈWaːGe] Mohawk Reservation in Quebec, have additional offices in the United States.

Mr. Walker owns CW Construction, Inc., a Prairie Band Potawatomi corporation located in United States that provides: Program Management, Project Management, Construction Management Services, Owner’s Representation Services, General Construction Services and High-Rise Construction Services Worldwide. CW Construction, Inc.’s market includes hospitality (resorts/hotels), casinos, theme parks, airports, schools, universities, railroads, Department of Defense (DOD), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), disaster recovery and FEMA to name a few.
