ZILLOW Celebrity Real Estate Blog; Better than the Inquirer

I signed up for this blog by accident several years ago. It used to come in my email several times a week and I would just delete it without reading it. Now, mind you my sisters and mother all read the gossip papers located at the checkout stands but not me. No way did I care about the personal relationships with celebrities and politicians. But something about this site drew my interest so one day, I opened it up and found some articles of interest. I started reading the articles and now after a few years I am hooked. I am always happy to see it in my box. There are usually a few good articles and they all pertain to real estate. Here is an example of this weeks email.

I stay busy focusing on real estate daily so when I read these fun articles, it is like taking a little break. Real Estate articles for example about big celebrities such as John Wayne's house or Liz Taylor's Hollywood home listed. Sports celebrities whose homes are on the market for Short Sales or whose home went into foreclosure after they went into drug rehabilitation. Yes, most of the articles involve celebrities but I just love to take a few minutes of my day and scan over these articles. And the pictures are great too. All the rooms are filled with lush, expensive furnishings. It is like a dream come true to be able to look in Britney Spear's Living Room, Liz Taylor's Pool, Kevin Costner's Family Room and Paris Hilton's Closet which was a remodeled bedroom.

This site also has the capibilty to email articles to your friends. I am usually passing on a few good ones to my co-workers or posting a link onto Facebook.

For many of you saner professionals, the site has some good articles about real estate news. You might not care what celebrity listed their home for a short sale but there are some good articles regarding market trends,  tips and advice, many recent articles about going green, financing articles and then of course my favorite "Eye Candy" with all the gossip and pictures.

So whatever your interests are, I think you will find this blog entertaining and informative. Sign up for a week and if you hate it, DELETE!
