Things are looking up for Great Falls Montana
According to a recent story in our local newspaper, the Montana jobless rate is down again for the 6th month in a row to 6.5%. This is good news for all Montanan's and locally we are starting to feel the effects of an improving economy. Rental activity is heavy here, and we are seeing many newcomers to Great Falls. Military, Doctors, Nurses, Construction Workers and all sorts of Retail, Restaurant and Service industry workers are all showing up here because jobs are available.
Confidence in Real Estate is high. Investors are out buying Multifamily units and homes in the $400K and up price range starting to sell again.
With all the oil activity just to the north of us, we are looking forward to some good growth in the coming years as it spills over into our area.
