Real Estate Broker/Owner with Selley Group Real Estate, LLC

Unscheduled Appointments

Don’t get me wrong.  I love to work with relocation clients, especially those who are planning to move to Colorado from another state.  And yes, we do deliver topnotch service in this niche.

Nonetheless, our hands get somewhat tied when out-of-state clients show up to the office unscheduled or unannounced.

Thank you for counting on our Colorado Springs Realtors to represent your interests.  But PLEASE, make sure that you secure an appointment on our calendar before your arrival. We desire to give you the best service as possible.

This phenomenon has happened a few times this year and we would like to nip it in the bud.

To purchase Colorado Spring Real Estate, feel free to contact our Colorado Springs Realtors at Selley Group Real Estate, LLC:  2139 Chuckwagon Rd, Ste 210 - Colorado Springs, Colorado 80919 - 719. 598. 5101

Gordon & Cherise,  I cannot imagine anyone just showing up without first scheduling time with you.  I hope they understand that you need to schedule and prepare in order to provide the best possible service.

G-this happens quite often here in St George.  Luckily, I have a couple of wonderful partners and usually one of us is able to accomodate the "unexpected buyer".  It certainly does throw a wrench into things when I've already got clients I've scheduled to work with.  Nice post and great tip for any out of town buyer.
