I recently sold a home in Towne Lakes Madison Alabama and want to tell you about this community where homes are truly affordable, built by a respected builder in our area known for a great product and client satisfaction. Towne Lakes is actually in Huntsville Alabama, but has a Madison address with children going to Columbia Elementary, Discovery Middle and Bob Jones High. There are four homes for sale currently on the ground awaiting families. These homes are well priced from $134,900 with 3bedrooms, 2 baths and 1,444 square feet to $154,809 with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and 1,933 square feet.
