Better watch out.... they're building a new town.

Real Estate Agent with Edina Realty

March has come in like a summer blast of freshness in Minnesota. A rainstorm or two would be really nicdigginge, but right now we are enjoying every bit of fresh air that we can. The proof is in the sandbox. My construction workers created an entire neighborhood today... including a mansion, a trailer park and a church. The tunnel they are building? It's the only road through town so you'd better like walking if you are gonna move in.

Seriously though.... this 70 degree weather is something. It feels like May and I'm itching to dig out the camping gear. If only there wasn't that pretty solid guarantee of some colder nights ahead.

For now? We are taking advantage of every short sleeved, capri wearing, flippy flop kind of day that stands before us.

Yeah, it isn't all for the Mamas though. We counted 15 motorcycles today. It's in the notebook - the kids had to keep track! In all of our outings whether play, work, school or whatever it's pretty impressive.

The resistance to stopping at every passing park is pretty low right now - so the kids have had a higher than normal chance at play. They are not only excited, but ecstatic at this Minnesota blast of fresh warm air.

If you are looking at moving in Minnesota? You'd better get on the phone and give me a call! Homes selling is warming up just like the weather... and you don't want to get stuck with higher interest rates and home prices too. I'm waiting.... so when you are ready give me a ring.

Boy, Lindsey, if we get another snowstorm which is doubtful, the kids won't know what to think!

Bringing you home...

Tim - Hope you have a great spring season.

Suzanne - that would throw this house for a loop! The kids are ready to be outdoors.

Dan - Love having the windows open! At least for the warmer portions of the day.

Joni - Yes, everyone is welcome. They built a bigger castle and made the old one into an apartment building. So creative.

Bruce - I always thought consistant weather would be nice, but this year I discovered that I'd really miss the seasons.

Michelle - It's been so nice here that when it flipped to rainy it felt gloomy. But, we need the rain!
