Ok, I have vacent land with 3-5 acres on the Northeast part of Ann Arbor in a Great, Mature neighborhood. Another Realtor had this land for a year. I am now marketing a high end builder on these homes as well as putting 3 homes in the MLS. Question! If we Auction one of the lots off, will it generate activity? Who would you recommend we use? Thanks
