When there are too many branding irons in the fire a calf will inadvertently get branded with the wrong iron!
This is true in Business as well. When we are so busy trying to put fires out and multi tasking there are bound to be mistakes. As a Realtor I do not want to Brand myself as someone who is so busy that I make mistakes.
I am currently too busy to handle the work load, I have just started an assistant and I am considering a virtual assistant as well.
The way I figure it - If each of us is in charge of one Iron, all we have to do is make sure we are branding the right calf. As opposed to one person having to keep track of what iron to apply to what calf!
Keep the iron hot and move easy in the heard.
