Having my coffee planing another day riding around down town trying to make a decision. Look for me on my blue bike with the flowered basket and say hi. I keep hearing my Realtor saying over and over again "It's the time to be a buyer". There are some great homes for sale out there but I'm torn. I love my canal but I love Old Town. I am now thinking about jumping into Old Town and keeping the canal home too. Ride it out until things pick back up and then decide which one I want to sell. Am I insane?
