New Rules for preparing for The Spring Market of your Willoughby Home for Sale

1.)  Appeal to 85% of the Willoughby Home  for Sale buyers


unique is not buyer friendly to the masses  

this applies to both exterior and interior


2.) The Willoughby home for sale must stand out from the crowd

Appeal to Mass Buyers

with literally hundreds of homes for sale in Willoughby the home must stand out in 3 key areas 


(often the mistake is made that because the house is in great condition it also looks great -  a house might have great bones and updated mechanics and still not appeal in looks to the masses)



3.)  Paint and Carpet


please don’t underestimate the value of these simple and reasonably easy items to change -- there is nothing like a freshly painted Willoughby Home for sale with new carpet    Fresh Paint

4.)  Consult and Hire Stagers

Don't paint or put new carpet in until you have talked to a stager either. Often a new carpet or paint won't help if it doesn't appeal to the masses.
