I want this blog to serve as a personal thank you to the real estate agents who decide to take the month of December off to be with family. We all know that spending time this month with family is very important and I also am going to be doing a lot of that but I also am going to be doing work, work that needs to be done.
The reason I write this thank you is that your decision to take the month of December off definetely benfits me greatly. The buyers who are looking while you are out shopping at the mall are VERY serious and are definetely buying.
SO to all the real estate agents who decide to take the month of December off....I salute you! Enjoy the time off and spend, spend, spend...the economy can always use a boost!
Until your return, I will be here holding down the fort and making sure that things are taken care of. Don't you worry one little second about the market, I am going to make sure it stays fluid for you and that the government gets no more bad news about houses not selling!
