Along with its central location, Mission Greens provides a swimming pool, spa, fitness center, recreation room, and great landscaping, including water fountains and large ponds, which make for a very relaxing place to live among the hustle and bustle of Mission Valley. In addition to a common area laundry, many units also have in-unit laundries.
If you like to golf, Riverwalk Golf Course, a public course, is literally just a few hundred feet away. Shopping is within walking distance at Fashion Valley mall, as is the beautiful San Diego Trolley station at Fashion Valley. Walkers, joggers, and bikers will enjoy the concrete paths along the the San Diego River from Qualcomm Stadium all the way to Mission Bay, Ocean Beach, and Mission Beach, and distance of about seven miles.
Mission Greens was built in 1979 in zip code 92108 in the central section of Mission Valley. There are 212 units with bedroom/bathroom floor plans of 0/1, 1/1, 1/2, 2/2, 2/3, and 3/2, and units ranging in size from 522 square feet to 1,794 square feet. There is one 2,220-SF unit that is actually two units that were bought by an individual and then merged into one. This is one of the few condominium complexes in Mission Valley that includes 0/1 studios, which are popular with airline pilots and flight attendants when they have to lay over in San Diego. Many units have golf course views or views of the many fountains, streams, and ponds throughout the complex.
Monthly HOA dues are about $335 to $355 a month and include common area maintenance, landscaping, exterior building and roof maintenance, sewer, water, trash pickup, and limited insurance.

A check with the FHA indicates that Mission Greens is FHA-approved through August 1, 2013. Mission Greens is not VA-approved without conditions but is HUD accepted.
