While the data shows that total inventory is down in Union, the rate of sales has remained about the same as has the days on market with only minor variations. The increase in inventory may be tied to the lack of a federal tax credit for first time home buyers, while the recent decrease can be linked to the historically low mortgage rates that we're seeing today.
