The à la Minute is a new ice creamery located in the downtown area, 19 Citrus Ave, Redlands, CA. This store is very unique because at à la Minute they make your ice cream when you order it, freezing the ingredients with liquid nitrogen.
The ordering process is very fast so you are not standing in line more than a minute or two. But then the waiting for your ice cream is so much fun as watching them prepare the orders, the frost coming from the big mixers and presenting the orders to the waiting customers…so yummy and so worth the wait.
Absolutely delicious! My daughter went there last weekend and we tried the Mint Chocolate Chip and Orange Honey. Yummy!...Stop by if you are in the area for a spectacular treat to your taste buds.
