There are two properties currently available for sale and both are short sales: a townhome with three bedrooms and two baths with approximately 1416 square feet is offered at $330,000 and a two bedroom/two bath condo with approximately 977 square feet is offered at $175,000. Two properties are in escrow, both are condo style units. One, a short sale, has a list price of $160,000(top floor) and a renovated unit on the second floor(standard sale) is $229,000
In 2011, there were seven sales in Temple Terrace ranging in closed prices from $135,000 to $204,250. Four of those sales were bank owned and one was a short sale. The sale at $135,000 was rehabbed and sold less than 90 days later at $186,750.
According to local multiple listing systems, there was only one sale in the complex in 2010. The sale was a top floor condominium with two bedrooms and two baths with approximately 1033 square feet and had extensive renovations. It sold for $310,000.
