The Columbus Board of REALTORS® spoke yesterday... they said and I am paraphrasing rather than quoting prices are up and sales are up.   CBR was speaking of a huge chunk in the middle of the state which is the Columbus Board of REALTORS mls.  CBR lumps all residential sales together too.

Columbus Neighborhood Home Prices - Feb. 2012 was published in March 2012 based on data available from the Columbus Board of REALTORS® at the end of February.  Trendgraphix reports are based on data supplied by the Columbus Board of Realtors, mls (multiple listing service.) According to Trendgraphix neither CBR nor the mls guarantee or are in anyway responsible for the accuracy of the data. It says: "Information deemed reliable but not guaranteed." Since I am relying on the info from the CBR mls and Trendgraphix,  I can offer no guarantee either. A slight correction in the data may be visible in the graphs the next month.
