The average sale price in Columbus schools is so reasonable in comparison to other central Ohio school districts. The Columbus Board of REALTORS® spoke yesterday... they said and I am paraphrasing rather than quoting prices are up and sales are up. CBR was speaking of a huge chunk in the middle of the state which is the Columbus Board of REALTORS mls. CBR lumps all residential sales together too.
