Look closely at the deep crevices in the sand, this cliff could fall without warning. I expect that this section of cliff may be gone the next time I visit this listing which is located just north of Newport, Oregon... Watch your step!!!

Hi Barbara, Beach and cliff erosion is a real problem here in California. I saw a photo of a home being lost to the cliff and it is stunning when you think that this is even possible that these lots permit large homes. They are dangerously close to the ocean. Weather and waves take a real toll and Buyers need to use some good judgment with the help of skilled professionals that understand how this all happens over the years with erosion. .
