Trumbull CT Tashua Golf Courses ‘FORE’ All Skill Levels

Trumbull CT proudly features its two public golf courses – 18-hole Tashua Knolls Golf Course and 9-hole Tashua Glen. Both are located in the Tashua recreational complex in the northwest corner of the Town of Trumbull, CT.

Tashua Knolls Golf Course, a par 72 course which stretches 6,540 yards from the championship tees, proves to be a challenge for even the most accomplished golfer. The course is beautifully situated on former farmland in a picturesque New England setting complete with hills, trees, stone walls, and abundant water hazards which are sure to test any golfer’s skill. Visit the layout to get a feel for the course.

Need some practice? Tashua Knolls Golf course also has a full-distance driving range, two large putting greens, and a chipping green with practice bunkers.

Maybe you only want to play 9 holes OR perhaps the 18-hole course is a bit too long or challenging for the kids. No problem. The 9-hole Tashua Glen, located in the same complex, is the first course in Connecticut to be recognized as a family course by the National Golf Course Owners Association.

What makes Tashua Glen so suitable for the family, kids and any-age beginners? The Glen has two additional tee locations, yellow at 3,750 yards and green at 2,200 yards making it a course the entire family and all skill levels can enjoy together.

Barbara if I played golf this would have been a perfect day to do it. But unfortunately that last time I was on a golf course they passed a petition to band me for all golf courses for life :)

really good blog reeling in potential clients who are golfers. I personally really like golf and at one time I was pretty good. Trying to do Real Estate and my full time job has reeked havoc with my gold game as I have not played in years. there are numerous golfers in the general public and hopefully a potential client will find your informative blog.

George -- Sounds lke you need a few lessons!

Ed -- I'm sure you were able to handle it quite capably.

Bob -- I was at Tashua two days ago and it was SO crowded. In recent years, golf has really taken off with the younger kids and teens. The Glen is a nice course for them. I know what you mean about the time. I can't tell you how many times I turned down invitations to golf last summer due to the work schedule.

Jane -- Tashua is nice because there are two courses to select from right next to each other. Plus there's a driving range and putting greens for just practice. The recreation area also has a clubhouse, pro shop, catering facility, pool, and tennis courts. Lots packed into one location.
