You better add a few back flips as well, because that is what it is taking to move forward right now.
LOVE this, Steve. Beautiful shot of a beautiful bird, doing my favorite activity (JK). Really though, when I train, I always drive important points home by telling my classes that 'if I could teach this part standing on my head, I would ... so you will remember this point.' Thanks for the post.
I sure know I have felt like I have been standing on my head to get some listings sold. (Sometimes you need to do what you do to get the job done)
Hello Steve,
Lovely photo - great point, whatever it takes...standing on your head sometimes feels like the easiest way to get the job done (LOL)
Love it! My broker used to tell us, if you have to do the other agent's job for them to get the house closed, by all means, DO IT! ☺
This was his response when agents complained that they had to do something that they felt was the other agents job (as long as it was not improper to do so!)
Steve ~ What a shot! You are so right, whatever it takes, with in the law and ethically correct, so be it.
