Sweetheart Realty has been on the Corner of 13th St. a nd Mulberry in Bandera Texas for 12 years, going on 13. Pretty amazing considering how many businesses in Bandera have come and gone in that amount of time! It hasn't always been easy, more uneasy than easy I would say. Endurance and Persistance are my new middle names, especially since 2007 when the mortgage market started it's tumble.
But that's a story for another day. The purpose of this blog entry is to proclaim that Sweetheart Realty has finally "Made It" in the Bandera Business Community!! (tongue in cheek). I am getting an actual pole and sign directing Main Street traffic to my business location off Main Street!! Glory Be! Hallelujah!!! Tourist business may come my way! Do you think I'm happy? Absolutely! Of course, I pay for the sign, but the rewards will be ongoing.
I know it doesn't sound like a big deal to those of you on a main thoroughfare, but it's a breath of fresh air to me. Now all I need is a sidewalk from Main Street to 13th Street, then I'll be in salesperson heaven!
