Here are some photos from mall that includes the White Plains Public Library, the Westchester County Courthouse, the Public Safety Building and the Federal Courthouse. (White Plains, NY has the only fully functioning Federal Courthouse between Foley Square in Manhattan and Albany, NY.) Enjoy the photos - this part of the city has a very urban feel and borders of the downtown business district. It is also just a stone's throw from the White Plains Train Station. White Plains is just 33 minutes from Grand Central Station.
