GTA Real Estate Market Update For Mid March 2012

 The Average Selling Price for homes in the GTA $502,155 

 ..... UP 9% over the same period last year but down slightly from the beginning of the month as seen in the chart to the right ..... Over all sales numbers ..... UP 7% over the same period last year with 4,215 existing home sales to mid March 2012 ..... Year Over Year new listings ..... down 2%
