If you are willing to maintain your home in an appealing manner, be flexible with your showing times, and list your home at fair market value - then YES, I want your business. In return, I will market your home in every venue and go out of my way to help you sell your home!
if your buyinga home, I want to help you find the perfect home! But, only if you are willing to communicate your needs, focus your efforts on houses that meet your criteria, speak to a lender and be pre-approved. I work with buyers who want my help and in return I make sure my buyers get the most for their money and have a smooth transaction.
Here's the bottom line: I work hard and am always honest with my customers and clients. I am an excellent Realtor because I work with excellent clients!
