I believe all the above is true, however to make it all happen the Realtor needs training, consulting and mentoring to learn new skills to make the most of their time in business, most in private and self time.

Did you have the money to do what you want and the time to do it?   Our system of training considers both.  Top producer without family friends is as bad as no money, no time.
