If your home is worth less than you paid for it, you could be eligible for the  government's HARP program
Ther current economic downturn means your house may be  worth less than what  you  paid for it, or maybe you owe more onyour homes than  its  worth -- shutting them out of refinancing with today's current low interest rates.
Many homeowners are now eligible to refinance thanks to the Home Affordable Refinance Program. (HARP)
Here's the criteria:
  • Your home must be backed by Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac.
  • You must have made the last 6 mortgage payments on your home or 11 of the last 12.
  • No mortgage insurance in most cases. Some fees reduced or eliminated.

Check with your mortgage broker to see if you qualify or call me. janice.rosoevet@gmail.com
