Do you know about the State grants for wind inspections?

Have you read the  lastest FAR News and Event article on IRS ruling about the State grants for hurricane mitigation being tax-free?  It is a very intersting piece of information to not only Realtors, but to any homeowner who may qualify.  This might be something you may want to check out and pass on to others.  What I read about opened my eyes and may help me save some money on my own  insurance premuims.
