Donald Trump wanted to build in Hawaii.  After looking into several locations, Waikiki Beach on Oahu, Hawaii was selected and construction began about a year ago.  The piece of Hawaii real estate that was selected for Trumps new Hawaii location is approximately 200 yards from the beach, at the start of the newly renovated Waikiki Beachwalk and across the street from Ft. Derusey Museum.  You cant get much closer to a perfect location than that.  AND THAT IS WHY THE UNITS COMPLETELY SOLD OUT IN 24 HOURS!

Last weekend, I took a drive down to the tower to check on the progress and also snapped a few pictures to share with you.  As you can see, the construction is moving right along.

If you didn't have chance to get in on this project don't worry about it.  There are plenty of more opportunities in Hawaii.  For more information on upcoming Hawaii real estate investment opportunities, call or email Team Kucic to find out what is next.

Aloha Frank-Have they already started Pre-Sales on his tower in New Orleans?  If so, how are the sales going so far?  Have a good weekend.
